Orlaven aviator shearling jackets are cut with authentic heritage B-3 and RAF flight proportions to allow easy movement while sealing out winter wind chill. Because shearling wool pile adds natural interior volume, we offer free bespoke tailoring: provide your chest, shoulder, and sleeve length, and our master tailors will calibrate the interior shearling density to accommodate your preferred winter knitwear or tailoring underneath.

Orlaven uses only 100% genuine, thick-pile Australian and European shearling sheepskin with the natural wool fleece fully intact on the reverse side of the drum-dyed full-grain leather outer shell. We never use cheap faux polyester 'sherpa' or bonded glued linings. Genuine natural shearling thermoregulates body heat, wicks moisture, and provides comfortable warmth down to sub-zero temperatures (-25°C / -13°F).

Our shearling aviator jackets are built for harsh winter elements. The outer hide is heavily fat-liquored and drum-treated with water-resistant oils, while the dense natural lanolin in the sheepskin wool naturally repels snow and sleet. After walking through snow, simply shake off the flakes and hang dry in a well-ventilated room; the wool will spring right back to its original loft.

Each shearling piece is meticulously inspected, encased in a breathable cotton garment travel bag, and dispatched via prioritized 3-day express air courier (DHL Express/FedEx).
